My Approach
My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solutions-focused therapy, and brief therapy. Through the lens of CBT, I empower clients to explore the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, enabling them to develop healthier coping strategies and achieve their goals. Additionally, I embrace the solutions-focused approach, emphasizing strengths and encouraging clients to identify and build upon their existing resources to find solutions that work for them. Recognizing the value of time-sensitive interventions, I also integrate brief therapy techniques, providing targeted support to clients who prefer a focused and efficient therapeutic process.
